The Valley Trailmasters, also known as VTM, is one of eight snowmobile clubs under the umbrella of the Sudbury Trail Plan. It consists of approximately 100 km of groomed trails which caters to over 800 local snowmobilers per year.
The Valley Trailmasters is a non-profit club and relies on volunteers. There are 17 Directors and approximately 250 members. Duties consist of maintaining existing trails and developing new ones, organizing fundraising activities and special events such as the yearly Exploration Runs, advocating on snowmobilers' behalf at the local and provincial levels as well as working hand in hand with the community and its landowners to insure that the trail system is successful.
Everyone involved in the Club believe in the groom trail system and work diligently to present an excellent trail system to its riders, tourists and visitors. Valley East is a great place to live, work and play and the Valley Trailmasters promote this winter sport in all of its glory.
